Using a full set of crystal singing bowls, 20” sheepskin ocean drum, Japanese wind chimes, bamboo rainstick, tuning forks and other healing instruments, sound baths help soothe the nervous system and create space for recovery, reset and renewal.
Communication on theme will occur ahead of time, option is to combine sound journey, yoga, mindfulness practices and/or guided meditation. Venue will be booked and paid for by client. The Dancing Cat Yoga Centre in New Westminster (up to 25 people for sound bath, 18 people for yoga) may be available if required. Open to negotiation for facilitation of a group of over 25 people.
